Entries are now being accepted for this NEW Sale Fixture for 2012

Special Sale Conditions to be noted

· All sheep to be sold individually through the sale ring.
· All sheep must be scanned as in lamb. If scanning information is not available to put in the catalogue, this information must be announced at time of sale.
· An entry fee of £10 + VAT (non returnable) per sheep must be included with the entry form.
· A maximum of 5 entries per flock will be accepted.
· Photos can be added into the catalogue
· All sheep will be sold in guineas
· An upset price of 200guineas will apply
· A maximum of one substitute will be allowed by any one flock
· In the event of an excessive entry, the committee reserves the right to scale back the entries.
· Official Inspector will inspect all sheep to ensure they conform to breed standards.
· Animal Transport Rule to note – pregnant ewes should not be transported in the last 10% of pregnancy, i.e. within 15 days of expected lambing date.
